Yes Department Details Work with an established team that works well together and helps cover for multiple areas! Monday•Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Summary Perform a variety of moderately complex secretarial and administrative support functions for clinic staff and patients that require an in-depth knowledge of the service area. Job Description Operate office equipment, such as voice mail messaging systems, and use word processing, spreadsheet, or other software applications to prepare reports, invoices, letters, case histories, or medical records. Qualifications Post secondary education or equivalent training in a healthcare or business related field is required. Must have at least one year of applicable experience. Computer skills sufficient to access and enter data, create documents, and identify and research questionable information. Knowledge of registration procedures, extensive computer skills, basic knowledge of system applications, billing systems, and third party payers is preferred. Medical terminology desired.
