Marine Operations Associate This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operations of a high-volume RV & marine dealership. You'll be responsible for keeping inventory ready, assisting with deliveries, and helping create a strong customer experience on the lot and in the showroom. Move boats, pontoons, and trailers safely around the lot and showroom Prep units for delivery (cleaning, staging, basic setup) Assist sales team with showing units and getting them ready for customers Help with customer deliveries (walkthrough support, staging units) Maintain organization of the yard, docks, and showroom Assist with loading/unloading incoming inventory Help keep units clean, charged, and presentation-ready at all times Jump in wherever needed — this is a team-first role Must be reliable — no call-offs, no excuses Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet most of the day Must be able to work Saturdays (non-negotiable in this industry) Attention to detail — sloppy work doesn't fly here Ability to move quickly and stay busy without being told Positive attitude — customers see you even if you're not in sales Saturdays are required

Qualifications:

Experience towing units Must be able to work outside daily Must be dependable Must be able to operate bobcat/tractor
