Delano Community Education Delano Public Schools - Community Education Under the direction of the Recreation and Facilities Coordinator, Delano Community Education is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Facilities Scheduler. This position plays an important role in coordinating the use of district facilities and supporting a positive experience for school and community users.Schedule:
Monday-Friday, approximately 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.Work Year:

Recreation and Facilities Coordinator Starting Wage:
$22.97-23.78/hr (DOQ)Primary Responsibilities:
Manage facility reservation requests, approvals, schedules, and daily building access. Serve as a primary contact for district and community facility users, providing timely and professional communication. Maintain facility use agreements, documentation, schedules, and monthly invoicing. Identify and help resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate facility needs with appropriate staff. Assist with facility, staffing, vendor, and logistical needs for tournaments, performances, community activities, and special events.Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma, preferred Bachelor's or Associate's degree 1-3 of experience in facilities or program scheduling preferred High level of technology proficiency to create, organize, and collaborate within a variety of scheduling programs Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong written communication skillsKnowledge, Skills & Attributes:
