Duluth, Minnesota job type: Contract salary: $67 - 79 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: High School responsibilities: Develop and maintain realistic, highly complex project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring proper Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), activity coding, and resource loading.

Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) practices to monitor project health, ensuring accurate reporting of Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Earned Value curves.

Ensure contractor schedules are properly integrated into the master plan, tracking actual progress to accurately forecast remaining durations, milestones, and final completion dates.

Apply practical field experience and conduct detailed what-if scenario analyses to identify schedule risks, formulate recovery plans, and proactively suggest mitigation strategies to leadership.

Serve as the senior planning authority, collaborating with project managers, construction leads, and controls supervisors to transparently report schedule health and options.
