OVERVIEW OF THE LODGES COMPANY

The Lodges operates 12 residential care homes that offer 24 hour assisted living services. Each home accommodates 5- 14 residents comfortably.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in Assisted Living preferred. Experience supervising and leading a team preferred. CNA/ NAR or HHA Certificate preferred. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field preferred. Must be able to pass a criminal and/or abuse background check, and drug screening. Reliable transportation to work.SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
This position requires the employee to have: General knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and statutes that pertain to assisted living licensure Proficient Communicator Expertise in working with resident populations. Leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage staff members in the absence of the LALD/Operations Manager Ability to identify opportunities and provide solutions Passion for making a difference in people's lives Candidate will have ability to prioritize and multi-task Demonstrated ability to adapt and lead in an environment that moves at a rapid pace, where change is common. Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & TASKS
JOBFUNCTION
Support and live out values and mission of The Lodges Company. Provide leadership and support under the direction of the LALD/Operations Manager, working in a collaborative nature to support the needs of a very challenging and diverse resident population as well as the goals of The Lodges Company.Other tasks include:
Passionate about living out The Lodges Company core values. Oversite of community operations and outcomes as delegated by the LALD/Operations Manager Manage day-to-day community operations as assigned Support community to ensure compliance and state regulations are consistently met Lead, manage and hold staff accountable Support the interviewing and hiring process, collaborating with leaders to support the successful onboarding of new employees Manage and support ongoing education Oversight of community delegated tasks to ensure proper workflow. Oversight of food and supplies budget compliance Oversight of activity and supply management Oversight of team schedules Oversight of community engagement and outcomes Support employee performance, providing mentorship and training Boost employee engagement and morale while supporting a positive company culture Participation in Care Conferences as assigned Support leadership coverage as needed (weekends/evenings) Daily schedule management- identifying challenges and problem solving Support and role model for staff
- Ready for Company, Customer Experience, and overall Resident engagement The Operations Coordinator will report to The LALD/Operations Manager of The Lodges Company community, collaborating to provide leadership and support as identified.
