Job Description

Twin City Staffing is seeking a production scheduler to join a high-performing manufacturing team in Maple Lake! This is a critical role responsible for balancing demand and capacity to ensure every deadline is met. If you are a problem-solver who is comfortable bridging the gap between the shop floor and ERP systems, we want to hear from you!

Hours:
6:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM or 7:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM, Monday
  • Thursday Benefits of the production scheduler: Health, dental, and vision insurance $25,000 company-paid life insurance Short-term and long-term disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan Weekly pay and a consistent 4-day work week Duties of the production scheduler: Create and maintain the master production schedule Lead and participate in S&OP meetings Balance demand, capacity, materials, and lead times Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure fulfillment Maintain accurate data including BOMs and master schedules Assist with outbound shipping coordination Requirements of the production scheduler: 3+ years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain Strong computer skills and comfort working within ERP systems High school diploma or GED (MPS certification is a plus)
