This position is responsible for employee scheduling, recruitment and interviewing, onboarding, staff training, attendance tracking, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to supporting staff development and resident care. Key Responsibilities Recruit, interview, and assist with hiring new employees. Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation. Create and manage schedules for caregiving, dietary, and activities departments. Fill open shifts and respond to staffing concerns, including participation in an on-call rotation. Track employee attendance, call-ins, and staffing needs. Coordinate required training, education, and competency programs. Maintain employee training records and conduct 30-day and 90-day evaluations. Coach and support employees through performance improvement and development initiatives. Promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture Qualifications Previous scheduling, staffing, healthcare, or workforce management experience preferred. Experience with interviewing, onboarding, or employee training preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
