Customer Scheduler & Sales Coordinator NU Detail Place -
New Ulm, MN Job Type:
Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible for the right candidate) About Us NU Detail Place is a fast-growing automotive detailing and window tinting business dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality work. We're looking for an organized, outgoing individual who enjoys helping customers while driving sales and keeping our schedule full. Position Summary As our Customer Scheduler & Sales Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for many customers. Your role is to answer calls and messages, schedule appointments, follow up with leads, and help convert inquiries into booked appointments. You'll play a key role in keeping our detailers busy and ensuring every customer has a great experience. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, texts, Facebook messages, and emails. Schedule detailing, tinting, and ceramic coating appointments. Follow up with estimates, quotes, and missed inquiries. Contact previous customers to encourage repeat business. Generate new leads through outreach and networking. Recommend services that fit each customer's needs. Confirm upcoming appointments and manage the daily schedule. Maintain customer records and invoices. Help create and post social media content when needed. Assist with other office and customer service tasks. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable talking with customers in person and over the phone. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Sales experience is preferred but not required. Basic computer skills. Automotive detailing knowledge is a plus but not required. Positive attitude, dependable, and self-motivated.
