Job Description

Operations Assistant Lake Country Seamless Gutters Lake Country Seamless Gutters is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual for an Operation Assistant position. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of both our shop logistics and administrative functions, primarily supporting our gutter installation crews and management team.

Full-time, Monday-Friday Compensation:
Discussed during interview Responsibilities This position requires a dynamic individual capable of managing time effectively across two primary environments: the shop and the office.
Office Administration and Customer Service Communication:
Answer incoming phone calls professionally, screen calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Customer Follow-up:
Perform necessary call-backs to customers regarding scheduling updates, quotes, or service satisfaction.
Material Ordering:
Process and track material orders with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery to meet project schedules.
Scheduling Support:
Assist the management team with occasional scheduling and coordination of job sites or estimates.
Administrative Support:
Help manage and organize office files, assist with processing emails, and maintain general office organization.
Shop Operations and Logistics Support Materials Preparation:
Prepare and organize all necessary materials, equipment, and tools for installation crews based on the next day's job schedule.
Shop Organization:
Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized shop environment, including sweeping, dusting, and organizing inventory and equipment storage.
Inventory Tracking:
Assist in tracking inventory levels for standard materials (gutters, downspouts, fasteners, etc.) and notify management when supplies are low.
Logistics:
Travel between the main shop location and the administrative office as required for material transport, documentation, or communication.
Equipment Readiness:
Ensure all crew vehicles and equipment are accounted for and ready for immediate deployment each morning.
Qualifications Experience:
No experience necessary. Will train.
Organizational Skills:
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail are mandatory.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment (bending, standing, lifting, etc.).
Technical Skills:
Proficient with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and comfortable learning new scheduling/CRM software.
Reliability:
Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Transportation:
