Job Summary The Affordable Housing Operations Coordinator provides administrative, resident relations, and operational support across all Affordable Housing properties. This position serves as a central point of coordination for tenant file management, resident communications, occupancy administration, compliance documentation, maintenance and turn activities, and office support functions. The operations coordinator works closely with housing staff and residents to ensure accurate records, exceptional customer service, timely unit turnover, and efficient program operations. Education:
Associate's degree in business administration, property management, human services, or related field
Experience:
Three (3) years of experience in affordable housing, property management, administrative coordination, records management, or a related field
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of affordable housing programs, including HUD, RD, and LIHTC preferred. Strong organizational and document management skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database/property management software. Valid driver's license. Why Join Us?
