Full Job Description Plumbing/Sewer Operations Coordinator Pay:
$25-$35 per hour, depending on experience

South Saint Paul, MN Schedule:
Full-time Bonfe is looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Coordinator to help keep our Plumbing and Sewer teams moving forward. This position is ideal for someone who naturally brings order to a busy environment, follows through without needing constant direction, and isn't afraid to respectfully remind leaders about commitments and deadlines. You will work directly with our Senior Director of Plumbing & Drains and department leaders to coordinate projects, maintain reporting, improve communication, and ensure important initiatives don't lose momentum. Your work will give our operational leaders more time to coach technicians, develop employees, conduct ride-alongs, and grow the business. What You'll Do Track leadership commitments, department action items, and deadlines. Monitor EOS Rocks, major initiatives, and project progress. Follow up with leaders to ensure commitments are completed. Maintain department scorecards, dashboards, and KPI reports. Track ride-alongs, training, coaching activities, and other performance measures. Coordinate department projects from kickoff through completion. Identify delays, missing information, and potential roadblocks. Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and distribute action items. Coordinate communication between leaders and departments. Help route and coordinate customer escalations. Maintain SOPs, workflows, and department documentation. Support department recognition, contests, training, and special initiatives. What We're Looking For At least two years of experience in operations support, project coordination, administration, or leadership support. Exceptional organization and follow-through. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confidence working with managers and following up on overdue commitments. Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of the details. Strong spreadsheet, reporting, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and identify what needs attention. Experience in home services, construction, or a service-based business is preferred. Experience with ServiceTitan, EOS, dashboards, or KPI reporting is a plus.
