WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Scheduler , you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the "best in-home care" experience.
Your responsibilities include:
Coordinating schedules between clients and caregivers Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and staff Communicating clearly and effectively to resolve scheduling challenges Making thoughtful decisions that balance client needs with caregiver availability Participating in an on-call and holiday rotation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR AS A SCHEDULER
We're seeking someone who is: Highly organized and detail-oriented An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills Comfortable making decisions in a dynamic environment Passionate about helping others and improving the quality of life High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience. Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment. Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
