Job Description

Position Title:
Operations Assistant•Day shift
Schedule:
Monday•Friday 7 AM•3:30
PM Department:
Operations Position reports to: Warehouse Manager Primary purpose and function of position: Working with Class A Driver as a helper to deliver beverages and other products to our retailers, cleaning and repacking broken product into resalable product, running smaller van routes when needed, etc.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Evaluate, clean and repack product into saleable cases Unload product from delivery vehicle using a two-wheeler Comply with all Grey Eagle and supplier standards and policies Adhere to all Federal, State and Local liquor regulations Work as a Merchandiser as needed Other duties as assigned High school diploma or GED certificate required Class E Driver's License required (Can obtain this within 30 days of employment) Experience of using a two (2) wheel hand truck preferred Regular and reliable attendance required Delivery experience preferred Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to safely operate job related equipment Ability to meet physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to: repetitively handling cases of beer, reaching above head height, climbing, bending, twisting, squatting and kneeling Ability to frequently lift, carry, push or pull package product weighing 50 plus pounds Ability to pass a required pre-employment physical, background and drug screening Ability to perform all essential job functions and duties as assigned
