Care Coordinator Full Time | $18 to $21 per hour Lebanon. MO One of the most unsung heroes in any home care agency is the Care Coordinator. As a Care Coordinator you are the Communication Hub, the Emotional Support Co-Worker, and the Air-Traffic Controller for our nurses and caregivers in flight.
