The Operations Assistant is a full-time (40 hours/week) role earning $25.00/hour What you will do: Serve as the central point of contact for day-to-day office, facilities, and operations needs Manage maintenance and facilities requests through a ticketing system, including triaging, scheduling, and tracking completion with internal staff and external vendors Coordinate preventative maintenance and assist with inspections of facilities and fleet to identify and address issues Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, service history, invoices, and related data Support vendor coordination, including scheduling, communication, and site access Assist with compliance efforts, including Missouri Department of Transportation requirements, safety procedures, and regulatory exercises Manage key and card access across all properties Maintain inventory of office, operations, and safety supplies, including ordering and distribution Support and troubleshoot the agency's phone system, coordinating with service providers as needed Provide reception coverage as needed, including greeting visitors and answering phones What you can expect from us: We'll celebrate and empower your unique gifts and contributions.
