In this role, you'll be the backbone of project timing and performance-developing, analyzing, and optimizing schedules that drive informed decision-making, reduce risk, and keep projects on track. This is not just a scheduling role - you'll serve as a strategic partner to Operations, Legal, and Project Management teams, translating contract requirements into actionable plans and identifying opportunities for recovery, efficiency, and continuous improvement. WHAT YOU'LL

DOBuild and maintain detailed construction schedules from project outset through completionPerform critical path, float, and compression analyses to identify risks and recovery opportunitiesAnalyze schedule performance and identify root causes of delaysPrepare reports, narratives, and insights for leadership decision-makingCollaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Operations, and Legal teamsImplement scheduling standards, templates, and tools to improve consistencyProvide oversight and guidance to other schedulersCapture and apply lessons learned to future projects

WHAT YOU

BRINGStrong knowledge of construction scheduling principles and CPM methodologiesProficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar toolsExperience with construction contracts and schedule-related provisionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities5-8 years of relevant experienceBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field
