Full-time, 40-50 hours per week. This role requires flexibility and availability to support business needs, including evenings and weekends. Role Overview The Operations Coordinator is a flexible, hands-on support role within our Operations department. This position is designed to evolve with the needs of the business, and responsibilities may shift over time based on priorities, staffing, and opportunities within the department. The right person will be willing to step in where needed, learn different areas of the operation, take ownership of responsibilities, and help keep the day-to-day operation running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, adaptable, organized, and interested in growing their knowledge and responsibilities within Operations. Job Responsibilities Supporting daily warehouse, delivery, inventory, and administrative needs. Assisting with order processing, receiving, inventory adjustments, transfers, and operational paperwork. Helping coordinate communication and workflow between Warehouse, Delivery, Sales, and Operations leadership. Assisting with inventory counts, reconciliation, product rotation, returns, cooperage, and other inventory-related responsibilities. Supporting route preparation, driver needs, and daily delivery operations. Helping maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. Providing administrative and operational support to department leadership. Assisting with special projects, process improvements, and other department initiatives. Providing coverage or additional support in different areas of Operations as needed. Learning and taking ownership of additional responsibilities as the role and department continue to evolve. Previous warehouse, delivery, inventory, or distribution experience is helpful, but not required. Ability to perform physical warehouse-related work when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in warehouse, delivery, inventory, distribution, logistics, or a similar operations environment preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable, adaptable, and willing to step in wherever needed. Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and follow tasks through to completion. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across multiple departments. Ability to manage changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency; experience with VIP or similar systems is a plus. Willingness and ability to learn new processes, systems, and areas of the operation. Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including lifting, moving, and organizing product. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $52,500.00 per year Application Question(s): Have you worked in an office-based operations role that closely supported warehouse employees, inventory, product movement, or daily distribution activities? Do you have experience working directly with drivers or delivery personnel in a distribution, logistics, warehouse, or transportation environment? How many years of experience do you have in operations, logistics, distribution, warehousing, inventory, or transportation? How familiar are you with beverage distributors on a scale of 1-5, 1 being incredibly unfamiliar and 5 being incredibly familiar? How interested are you in this position on a scale of 1-5, 1 being not that interested, and 5 being that you would start tomorrow if given the opportunity? Do you have experience working with or supporting union-represented employees, specifically drivers or warehouse personnel? Are you proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and comfortable learning and regularly using new systems such as VIP? Have you used computer systems for inventory, order processing, receiving, routing, reporting, data entry, or similar operational responsibilities?
