You'll be the gatekeeper of quality, speed, and presentation — a calm and focused presence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate clearly and efficiently between kitchen staff and front-of-house team Ensure food orders are complete, plated correctly, and meet presentation standards before leaving the line Maintain ticket order and timing to ensure smooth flow of service Prioritize and organize multiple orders simultaneously without delay Assist in garnishing or final presentation touches when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pass-through window and expo station Communicate any delays, issues, or dietary concerns clearly to servers or management Support kitchen or service staff during high-volume shifts as needed

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm under pressure in a high-volume environment Great attention to detail and pride in the guest experience Team player mentality with a proactive, solution-oriented approach Dependable, punctual, and professional
