Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of district technology assets including intake, inventory tracking, and decommissioning of non-functional/surplus equipment Establish and enforce standardized procedures for equipment requests, distribution, and collection across all district buildings Perform initial triage and categorization of incoming support tickets to ensure appropriate routing and priority assignment Provision and update employee access keycards and maintain accurate access control records Coordinate two-way radio management with external vendors Develop and document operational procedures to improve efficiency and clarity around technology logistics Assist in managing and continuously improving Technology's work order & asset management system workflows and processes
Skills & Abilities:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff across all district buildings Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on operational tasks Sound judgment in prioritizing requests and determining appropriate escalation
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Google Workspace and standard office productivity tools Basic technical literacy to understand hardware and software being managed
Education:
Associate degree or equivalent work experience in operations, logistics, or technology support preferred
Experience:
Experience in a K-12 educational environment preferred
