Job Summary:

M1 is looking for an Aircraft Scheduler

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Schedules and monitors all aircraft for special inspection, Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO),
    records review, depot maintenance and engine changes.
  • Maintains special inspection records and initiates Periodic Inspection (PI) packages.
  • Receives and files aircraft documents.
  • Coordinates aircraft flight and maintenance schedules with flight operation, maintenance work centers
    and AMP sites.
  • Conducts aircraft documents (forms and automated) reviews, making corrections as required.
  • Orders parts as required.
  • Orders parts as required to support scheduled maintenance.
  • May be occasionally required to perform duties of lesser skill classification.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Completion of high school or the equivalent is required.
  • The ability to read, write, and comprehend technical data is desired
  • A minimum of two (2) years' experience in scheduling maintenance, inspections and TCTOs for aircraft
    required.
  • Experience in making daily, weekly and monthly flying schedules is also required.
  • All positions at this location require that the applicant be able to obtain and maintain any and all
    clearances as required by the contract and/or base installation.
Working Conditions:
  • Must be physically capable of performing all assigned duties.
  • Environment ranges from office to hangar and flight line and requires extensive climbing, standing,
    stooping, bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching, and walking demands.
