: Director of Casino Operations
RESPONSIBILITIES
Payroll:
compares timesheets to actual kronos timeclock entries and edits as needed. Communicates with managers regarding any questions that may arise. Works with Payroll. Runs reports specific to the needs of the departments for weekly / biweekly and quarterly hours. Keeps track of timesheets.
Attendance:
Is well versed in Human Resources Attendance Policy. Inputs tardies, callouts and leave earlies as needed. Produce action notices for those crewmembers whose balance dictates paperwork. Works with departmental managers. Works with HR regarding those on Leave of Absences. Keeps track of call out logs.
Promotions/New Hires/Transfers/Terms:
Processes all PANS related to promotions, new hires, transfers and terms. Utilizes the checklists provided for each action so that nothing is forgotten. Communicates with HR, Payroll and IT.
Evaluations:
Keeps and updated evaluation spreadsheet on each department, sending out reminders of when evaluations are due. Processes evaluations and PANS. Communicates with HR and Payroll.
Uniforms:
Keep track and order uniforms accordingly.
Toke Sheets:
Toke hours for dealers are processed when payroll is reviewed and the toke book is updated. Once Payroll has finished their processing the toke hours and rates are updated accordingly.
Paperwork:
Each department produces various paperwork and that paperwork is filed and / or sent on to other departments. It is very important to make sure that all paperwork is scanned in and routed as designed. All crewmember files are updated as paperwork is completed.
Communication:
Professional communications are vital to the job regardless of the person, telephone or email. Keeping the various managers and directors aware of situations are key. Follow up is a normal occurrence.
Work orders:
Process and keep track of work orders for the facilities department.
Schedule:
Report for duty as outlined.
Confidentiality:
Maintain a high level of confidentiality as expected of a crewmember with access to all crewmember records. Other tasks as requested by management.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Experience in secretarial and administrative support a plus. Extensive knowledge of Treasure Bay Policy and Slot Department Standards of Operation. Excellent organizational skills and computer knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Self -motivated and fast learner. Must have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSES
Mississippi Gaming License
