$21.15 - $24.03 / hourly (equates to $44,000 - $50,00 annually) About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Campus Operations Coordinator to support the administrative and academic operations of our Ridgeland campus. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working with multiple departments, managing detailed processes, and using technology to keep operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Support student academic processes, including Leaves of Absence, schedule changes, student drops, and related documentation. Maintain accurate student records and information within CampusVue. Review and audit student files for accuracy and completeness. Prepare weekly, monthly, and other campus reports. Assist with faculty processes, meetings, continuing education activities, and Program Advisory Committee meetings. Support campus leadership with licensing, accreditation, and other operational activities. Create professional reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, agendas, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate meetings, schedules, campus activities, records, and administrative projects. Provide professional and welcoming service to students, employees, prospective students, and campus visitors. Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high level of accuracy and follow-through. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or additional education preferred. Previous administrative, office operations, education, or student services experience. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required. Experience with student information systems or database systems preferred. Higher education, career school, vocational school, or student services experience is a plus.
