Experience :

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role in the dental industry.

Skills :

Self motivated with exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.

Knowledge :

Strong understanding of dental procedures, insurance plans, and treatment financing options.

Attitude :

A friendly, professional, and team-oriented mindset.

Your Role:

Guide patients through their treatment plans with clarity and confidence. Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience. Explain insurance benefits, schedule treatment and assist with payment arrangements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Be a key point of contact, making every patient feel valued and informed.
