Job Description
Hospital Operations Specialist - (26142110) The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within Montana State Hospital. The Administrative Assistant - Front Desk position coordinates internal and external communications hospital wide and provides a first contact response to visitors. Provides a security/emergency gatekeeper function. The schedule for this position is Wednesday through Saturday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Required for the first day of work: Knowledge of administrative practices and office procedures. Knowledge of customer services practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work. Qualifications - External Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience): High School Diploma or equivalent. One year customer service experience preferred. One to two years of experience performing a variety of office or clerical support preferred. Other combinations of education and experience may be substituted on a case-by-case basis.
