Bozeman, MT Pay:
$23-$28/hour (based on experience)
Hours:
25-40 per week | Full-time/Flexible | Some early mornings , days, and weekends required depending on job schedules. We serve commercial, residential, construction, and specialty cleaning clients, providing tailored services with clear communication and high standards. Position Overview The Cleaning Specialist II is a hands-on, adaptable role supporting a wide range of cleaning projects. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager and team members to deliver excellent results while helping maintain consistent standards. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking initiative, supporting teammates, and keeping projects running smoothly across different sites. Job Responsibilities Perform cleaning across commercial, residential, construction, move-out, and specialty projects Clean and sanitize floors, furniture, windows, restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces Handle heavy cleaning and detailed work as needed Maintain and safely operate cleaning equipment and supplies Assist with job setup, breakdown, and transitions between sites Complete weekly facility checklists and report maintenance or supply needs Collaborate with team members, guiding and supporting them to maintain quality standards Assist with standby coverage for short-notice cleaning needs when schedules or staffing change Occasionally travel to out-of-town sites (carpooling when needed) Some evenings, days, and weekends required based on project schedules Duties may include other tasks as assigned Experience & Qualifications Experience in general, construction, move-out, or specialty cleaning Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality results Able to mentor and support teammates, helping them work efficiently and correctly Excellent communication skills with coworkers, clients, and management team Comfortable adapting to changing job sites, priorities, and schedules Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive movements How to Apply Submit your resume to join Madison River Cleaning and be part of a reliable, team-oriented company that values quality, consistency, and growth.
