Job Description

Company Overview Bridger Orthopedic, a multispecialty orthopedic practice seeking a full-time dedicated, and customer-focused Orthopedic Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service and support to our patients and clinical teams. If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply.
Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:
Schedule new patients and follow-up appointments Answer incoming phone calls, return voicemails, and route calls appropriately. Verify patient insurance information and coverage. Accurately obtain, enter, and update patient information in the patient electronic chart Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Works well in a face paced environment Assist Patient Care Coordinators in clinic as needed (optional opportunity) Perform additional duties as assigned by clinic leadership. Work Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required 1-year medical office experience 1-year customer service Respect patient privacy by maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on the phone.

Pay:
