Part-Time, W-2 Employee About Us Bull City Pet Care is a trusted, locally owned pet care company serving Durham, NC. We're a close-knit team that takes pride in reliable, high-quality care for our clients' pets — and we're looking for a Weekend Coordinator to help keep our weekend operations running smoothly. Position Overview The Weekend Coordinator serves as the on-call leader for weekend operations, acting as the primary point of contact for our team and ensuring smooth, responsive service throughout the shift. This is a W-2 employee position with Bull City Pet Care — not a contractor role. Schedule Saturdays & Sundays, with occasional Fridays Monday leadership meetings On-call coverage from 7:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. during shifts Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for team support throughout the weekend Monitor Slack and phone communications for real-time issues Troubleshoot scheduling or service issues as they arise Coordinate or provide last-minute coverage when needed Escalate emergencies appropriately and promptly Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Calm, level-headed under pressure Able to make sound decisions independently Familiarity with pet care operations (or willingness to learn) Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Suite Time to Pet experience preferred Willingness to be trained as a BCPC team member How to Apply Interested candidates can apply online at www.bullcitypetcare.com or email .
