Job Description

Terminix is seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage scheduling tasks, and perform accurate data processing to support our operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns with empathy and efficiency. Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor to build trust and rapport with customers.
Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule appointments or services based on customer needs and availability. Manage calendars for service teams to ensure optimal efficiencies. Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate urgent requests or cancellations.
Data Processing:
Accurately input, update, and maintain customer information in the company CRM system. Process orders, payments, or refunds while adhering to company protocols. Ensure data integrity by regularly reviewing and correcting discrepancies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Excellent multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Work Environment:
This position is an office-based, in-person role. Fast-paced setting with high call volumes and frequent multitasking.
