Job Description GDIT is seeking an IMS Scheduler supporting the US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) and the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and its subordinate command's, contract requirements. We are looking for a talented and experienced candidate who will be part of the Program Management Organization (PMO) on a large complex global enterprise operations and support contract and assist the Program Manager with the day-to-day performance of scope, schedule, and cost, under the program. The position will drive operational and financial efficiency and execution excellence and partner with the Program Manager, Operations Manager, Project Managers, and functional support staff to achieve program success.
RESPONSIBILITIES - MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
Leads program scheduling activities for the Program Manager (PM). Provides a resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that is integrated, logical, and network based. Assists with developing the planning framework for the Program Management Office (PMO). Establishes monthly planning calendar to aid in the updating of the IMS. Develops tools evaluating impact of proposed schedule changes. Establishes and maintains communication with main stakeholders. Prepares event schedules and reports as required. Maintains schedules for each active Technical Direction Letter (TDL), all tasks, site locations, and overall performance against the schedule, with a roll-up of the entire TO effort. Identifies the critical path at the TDL level. Builds schedules with Task Operations Integrators and TDL Leads.
QUALIFICATIONS - WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant experience

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
