Job Description

Position Summary TransTech is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Student Experience Manager to support administrative and operational functions across multiple training locations. This role is responsible for student enrollment coordination, documentation compliance, partner communication, and maintaining organized office systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage shifting priorities, and provides excellent customer service to students and staff. This position supports multiple locations and requires up to 25% local travel between assigned training sites. Key Responsibilities Support daily office operations across 2-3 training locations Conduct student orientations covering program rules and expectations Enroll students into appropriate training programs and maintain accurate records Maintain communication with students throughout enrollment and training Coordinate student drug screens and DOT physical registrations Submit and track learner/driver permits Complete exit interviews and graduation certifications Audit documentation and drug screen results for compliance Maintain organized and accurate student files and office systems Collaborate with NC Works and agency partners regarding vouchers and payments Support Site Operations Managers with reporting and compliance tasks Provide professional and responsive customer service to students, staff, and external partners Qualifications 3-5 years of administrative, office management, or operations support experience Experience supporting multiple locations or departments preferred High school diploma or GED required Valid South Carolina driver's license required Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally up to 25% Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize responsibilities across multiple site needs High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Skills & Competencies Strong written and verbal communication skills Customer service mindset Problem-solving and sound judgment Ability to work independently and collaboratively Comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment Why Join TransTech? $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
