Join us! Orchard Valley Health and Rehabilitation is looking for a Staffing Coordinator. Working at Orchard Valley Health and Rehabilitation you will enjoy: Employee Engagement Activities Positive work environment Excellent Training Competitive Pay and Benefits What you will do: Coordinate nursing department work schedules for each calendar month maintaining a 6 week staffing schedule and find call-in replacements in order to meet corporate, state, and federal staffing guidelines. Coordinate interviews and assist with the hiring process Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and preferences Communicate effectively with employment candidates, interviews, contract agencies, and the community in order to secure needed staff Collaborate with management team to identify suitable candidates for needed positions Participate in networking events or job fairs when able to promote staffing services build relationships with the community Maintain good relations with all staffing agencies. Maintain detail records and reports Carry out additional administrative support as needed What you need: High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience. Minimum Certified Nursing Assistant Effective verbal and written English communication skills. Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation. Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives. Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure. #OVHR
