We are looking for an incredibly organized, semi-handy , and hands-on Field Operations Specialist to be our eyes and ears in the field. You will be actively driving across our portfolio—from the lakefronts of Mooresville down through the urban core of Charlotte—to ensure our properties are flawless. This role perfectly blends physical property management, basic troubleshooting, and tech-enabled triage. It is ideal for a DIY-savvy problem solver who loves working independently, doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves to clean, and wants guaranteed daytime hours. Thursday:

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday:
ALWAYS OFF.
Core Responsibilities Core Turnovers & Staging:
Act as the primary cleaner for 2 to 3 property turnovers per week, executing deep cleans, sanitizing, and ensuring 5-star staging for incoming guests.
Maintenance Triage:
Handle basic preventative maintenance (swapping filters/batteries) and minor field troubleshooting (clogged drains, trash removal, tightening hinges) while documenting with photos. Escalate major issues to vendors.
Digital Command Center:
Utilize our full tech stack to update property statuses, review vendor photos, schedule vendors, and assist our guest service team with guest inquiries and issues.
Linen Logistics:
Manage our streamlined linen inventory process. (you will not be sitting at a laundromat folding towels)
Property Logistics:
Manage neighborhood trash bin schedules, retrieve and log Lost & Found items, audit smart locks/backup keys, and prep properties for severe weather. What You Need to
Succeed Semi-Handy & Solution-Oriented:
You aren't afraid of a toolbox. You feel comfortable troubleshooting Wi-Fi routers, changing batteries in smart locks, clearing a clogged drain, tightening cabinet hinges, and diagnosing basic household issues before calling a contractor.
Reliable Transportation:
You have a dependable personal vehicle and active auto insurance. You will cover a wide territory from Lake Norman to Charlotte (all on-the-clock drive time between properties and mileage is reimbursed).
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using smartphone apps to upload photos, track tasks, and communicate with our remote team on the go.
Physical Capability:
Able to execute full property cleans, carry 20-30 lb bags of linens, and handle light manual labor. An "Owner's"
Mindset:
You treat every property as if your own family were checking in that afternoon.
Pay:
$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 per week Application Question(s): This role requires working every Thursday, Friday, Sunday, and Monday. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturdays are always off.
