Job Description
We are looking to hire a project scheduler for a busy construction company. We sale & install decorative specialties in Residential and Multifamily new construction. Shower doors, shelving, mirrors, bath hardware, door hardware, blinds, etc. !!!

- AFTER 90 DAYS $500
- AFTER 1 YEAR Candidate will be doing the following:
- Scheduling jobs for our builders/customers/sales team based on builder's schedule.
- Confirming jobs for following day's schedule
- Assisting production manager in daily duties
- Track ETA's for all ordered material
- Making copies
- Keeping a detailed daily log and reporting all incomplete jobs to builders, sales team, and production
- Creating service tickets
- Filing
- Ensure proper flow of office procedures, and support the office directors by carrying out common office duties.
- Maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone.
- Communicate effectively with sales team, project managers, and in office co-workers to complete daily tasks.
