Type:

full-time Seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support project planning, scheduling, controls, and execution for complex projects. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated project schedules, tracking field progress, analyzing schedule performance, and supporting project teams with project controls activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 Incorporate project implementation details and coordinate schedules across multiple work activities Establish, maintain, and analyze project schedule baselines Gather, verify, and incorporate schedule updates from vendors, contractors, and project teams Conduct schedule variance analysis and schedule adherence reporting Support development of recovery plans and evaluate schedule impacts associated with project changes Review project change requests and assess potential schedule impacts Develop periodic project controls reports, analytics, and management communications Collect, validate, and analyze project data to support project reporting and decision-making Support project estimating, baseline management, cash flow tracking, and change control Assist with project controls benchmarking, self-assessments, and process improvement initiatives Work closely with project management, engineering, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve scheduling and project controls issues Support funding submissions, project status reporting, and other project controls requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 6+ years of related experience Strong experience with project scheduling and project controls Advanced experience with Primavera P6

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Deltek Acumen / Acumen Fuse or other schedule analysis software Field experience tracking project progress through site visits and field walkdowns Experience developing and maintaining site-integrated schedules Experience working with contractor/vendor schedules and schedule updates Experience evaluating change orders and schedule/time impacts Experience with resource and quantity tracking Knowledge of risk management tools and Monte Carlo analysis Experience with project controls methodologies, WBS development, estimating, forecasting, and change control Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively with project teams, contractors, and management

Education/Experience Equivalent:

Candidates without a bachelor's degree may be considered with 10+ years of relevant experience and a high school diploma/GED.
