About the Role Based in Statesville, NC (28625), this People Operations Administrative Specialist role anchors the daily rhythm of our HR team. You'll streamline recruiting coordination, keep records impeccable, support onboarding, and be a trusted resource for employees across policies, benefits, and procedures.
Your Impact Recruiting Support:
Publish job postings and coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring teams.
Records Management:
Maintain accurate, compliant employee files and documentation.
Onboarding & Training:
Organize orientations and coordinate training logistics for new hires.
Employee Support:
Respond promptly to HR-related inquiries (policies, benefits, procedures).
Engagement:
Help plan and participate in company events and employee engagement activities.
Payroll & Timekeeping:
Assist with payroll processes and ensure precise time entry records.
HR Programs:
Contribute to rolling out HR initiatives and improvements.
Team Support:
Provide general administrative assistance to the HR function as needed. Qualifications Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Previous experience in HR. Meticulous organization and strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills. Comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software, including ADP Workforce Now. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Ability to thrive both independently and within a fast-paced team setting.
