Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing schedules, ensuring effective communication with the rest of the team, so we can provide excellent care to our clients. This position requires a strong understanding that things are ever changing, people management skills, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Duties Creating weekly schedules for caregivers Answer phones Help handling and coordinating call offs Accommodating both client and caregivers schedule needs Experience Previous scheduling and/or dispatching 2+ years experience is preferred Qualifications Flexibility to work with a constantly changing scheduling Proficient verbal and written communication skills Problem solving skills Detail orientated Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Ability to understand the needs/abilities of many clients and caregivers General knowledge of health care and/or home health is an added bonus People person and a can do attitude Like to solve puzzles Compensation $20-25 depending on experience Health and dental insurance available Fun team to work with
