Join a Team That Treats Everyone Like Family! Fremont Dental Group is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and bilingual Scheduling Coordinator/Receptionist to join our growing team! We are a busy, patient-centered dental practice that prides itself on creating a warm, welcoming environment for every patient who walks through our doors. We're looking for someone who loves helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being the friendly face and voice of our practice. If you're naturally outgoing, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks while keeping a smile on your face, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do As our Scheduling Coordinator, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience by: Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments Coordinating patient schedules efficiently Verifying insurance and processing insurance claims Collecting and processing patient payments Assisting patients with paperwork and forms Maintaining accurate patient records Communicating effectively with patients and team members in both English and Spanish Supporting the front office with additional administrative duties as needed What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who: Is fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Has a warm, positive, and outgoing personality Enjoys building relationships with patients and making them feel welcome Can multitask and stay organized in a busy office Thinks quickly and problem-solves with confidence Is dependable, reliable, and eager to learn Has excellent customer service and communication skills Works well both independently and as part of a team Knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus Dental experience is preferred, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who brings a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping others. Experience in a dental, medical, or other healthcare office is a plus.
