This is a hands-on growth position for someone who enjoys being involved in every part of the operation, from picking and packing orders on the warehouse floor to processing sales orders, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and supporting our customers. The ideal candidate takes pride in doing whatever the job requires, delivers a high standard of customer service, and is always looking for smarter ways to use our space and improve how we work. Pay Starting at $20.00/hour Hours This position is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with an hour lunch. Some overtime opportunities are available. Duties Warehouse Operations Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment Handle materials with care, using proper lifting techniques and equipment Follow OSHA safety standards and help maintain a safe work environment Inventory Control Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Organize storage areas and optimize warehouse layout to make the best use of available space Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs Sales Order Processing Enter, verify, and process sales orders in our system Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time Track order status from receipt through delivery Customer Service Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries on order status, shipments, and deliveries Respond to customers promptly, professionally, and courteously Resolve issues and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction Shipping & Logistics Manage shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of materials Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers Compare shipping options for cost and delivery time Track inbound and outbound shipments and address delays or exceptions Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce errors, and increase efficiency Suggest and help implement process improvements across warehouse and office functions Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or operations roles Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment Customer service experience, with strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with order entry, ERP, or warehouse management systems Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs and Sheets) Experience with Monday.com or other project management software is a plus Knowledge of shipping carriers, freight, and shipping documentation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely up to 50 lbs. in an industrial setting Knowledge of OSHA safety standards applicable to warehouse operations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A problem-solving mindset and a willingness to take on any task, from the warehouse floor to the front desk Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse machinery is a plus Who Will Thrive in This Role This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow their career in operations.
