Job Description

Job Summary Job Summary:
The operational clerk is an administrative professional who supports daily supply chain and warehouse operational needs and posts daily production results.
Description of responsibilities:
Inventory and supply management: Monitors stock levels, coordinates cycle counts and records/reports any discrepancies with corrective action recommendations Purchases material based on production needs to ensure production is not disrupted Performs data entry tasks for inventory and purchasing resulting in accurate inventory Ensures material purchased for DOD textile products are Berry compliant in accordance with the Berry Amendment Ensures material purchased for non-textile products are in accordance with Trade Agreement Act (when applicable), AbilityOne and National Industries for the Blind policies Ensures suppliers provide certificates of conformance to validate country of origin and material meets required specifications Manages open purchase orders for timely delivery; elevates potential issues in a timely manner Follows established ISO processes Production posting: Gathers, reviews and posts production results on a daily basis Identifies any anomalies during the posting process and takes necessary actions to ensure posting is accurate Follows established ISO processes Performs other duties as assigned Required experience: 5+ years of experience in inventory management and purchasing including use of tracking data bases Microsoft Dynamics
GP - ERP
- Knowledge Preferred MS Office Suite skills a must Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and data management
Education:
High School Diploma required, Bachelor degree preferred
Physical Requirement:
Able to sit and or stand for extended periods of time to perform duties Able to perform keyboarding/work on computer w/screen for long periods of time Able to lift up to 25lbs
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
