Job Description

Night Operations & Field Installation Coordinator Location:
Clark, NJ Pay Rate:
$32.00•$36.00 / hour (DOE)
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 7:00 PM•3:30 AM (Night Shift) Position Summary STC Logistics is seeking a sharp, decisive, and detail-oriented Night Operations & Field Installation Coordinator to oversee remote field installation projects. Serving as the primary point of contact during night shifts, you will guide field technicians, review and verify site compliance, troubleshoot live issues, and authorize final site sign-offs before publishing operational reports.
Key Responsibilities Remote Field Guidance & Support:
Provide step-by-step phone instructions and technical support to on-site installers across active project locations during overnight operations.
Quality Assurance & Site Survey Verification:
Thoroughly review incoming site surveys, completed checklists, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance prior to official publishing.
Media & Asset Management:
Systematically download, catalog, inspect, and upload high-resolution photographic evidence from field teams to ensure installations meet client specifications.
Real-Time Troubleshooting:
Apply critical thinking and immediate problem-solving skills to resolve unexpected on-site delays, scope discrepancies, or technical hurdles reported by installers.
Completion Authorization & Site Vacate Decisions:
Serve as the final authority to sign off on job completion and grant permission for field installation crews to vacate the premises safely.
Data Entry & Reporting:
Accurately update internal database logs, tracking sheets, and system status records throughout the shift with zero margin for error.
Qualifications & Requirements Analytical Thinking:
Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex visual/technical data, spot errors, and make sound, independent decisions under minimal supervision.
Technical Aptitude:
Strong proficiency with data entry systems, file management (uploading/downloading media packages), and database software.
Communication Skills:
Clear, professional, and firm oral communication skills to direct third-party contractors and field teams over the phone.
Reliability:
Proven ability to consistently work a fixed overnight schedule (7:00 PM•3:30 AM, Mon-Fri).
Experience:
2+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, remote technical support, or project coordination preferred.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $32.00•$38.00 Per Hour
