This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of physical commodity transactions and optimizing operational processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong analytical skills, and has a keen eye for detail. Position Responsibilities Trade Operations & Execution Accurately record and input customer orders, shipping details, and trade-related data. Manage logistics and scheduling of shipments, both domestic and international, to ensure smooth execution. Collaborate with storage facilities and transport providers to optimize supply chain efficiency. Client & Partner Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and storage facility representatives. Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring order fulfillment and addressing inquiries proactively. Prerequisites Education Bachelor's degree required. Experience 2-4 years of professional experience in trade operations, logistics, finance, or a related field. Technical & Professional Skills Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word) or similar tools. Strong numerical and analytical skills for market research and data analysis. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting. Problem-solving ability and adaptability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Must have U.S. work authorization. Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required) Certifications in logistics, supply chain, or trade operations are a plus.
