Insight Global Keyword Location Search view all jobs Associate Scientist, Clinical Operations Florham Park, NJ Posted yesterday Apply Now Job Description A large CPG client of ours is looking for someone to assist with managing clinical supply operations to ensure accurate labeling, storage, and accountability of all materials. Key duties include coordinating supply ordering, shipping, and timely delivery to study sites, as well as overseeing the return management of unused supplies in compliance with regulations. The position requires maintaining precise documentation aligned with SOPs, GMP, and quality standards, while fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Additional responsibilities include reviewing study-related documents and performing other tasks as needed to support clinical operations. This will start as a 3 month contract with possibility of extension.   • Associate's or related degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of lab/ R D experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and organization skills are a must.
  • Experience effectively working in cross-functional teams.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently to accomplish objectives within the timelines established
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
