About Our Client:
Our client is a leading healthcare provider that operates a centralized scheduling hub for all their practice locations.
Job Description:
The Centralized Medical Scheduler will manage high-volume patient scheduling, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and excellent customer service. This role involves working directly with patients who may be anxious or stressed, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls to schedule patient appointments. Utilize the scheduling system to accurately input and update information. Provide clear, empathetic communication to patients regarding scheduling needs.
Qualifications:
Prior medical scheduling or insurance knowledge (preferred). Call center experience in medical scheduling (ideal). Strong phone-based customer service skills.

Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm
