Are you a friendly and outgoing communicator who loves connecting with people? Momentum Solar is looking for passionate Appointment Setters to help us spread the word about clean, sustainable energy. As an Appointment Setter, you'll play a vital role in reaching out to potential customers, answering their questions, and scheduling appointments that help bring solar power to more homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to prospective clients in a warm, engaging manner to introduce Momentum Solar's offerings. Schedule appointments for our sales team, coordinating times that work best for the customer. Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to help meet company goals. Become part of a fun, supportive team dedicated to making a difference in the renewable energy industry!
Requirements What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude. Ability to engage potential customers and build rapport quickly. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting preferred. Strong organizational skills to track appointments and manage follow-ups. A valid driver's license is required.
