Operations Lead
  • OneTablet About OneTablet OneTablet helps independent restaurants earn more and manage their third-party delivery all in one place.
We work with operators on platforms like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub to increase their visibility, grow their delivery revenue, and simplify their operations from a single tablet and dashboard. We are a fast-growing food tech company backed by a prominent NYC-based single family office, with a growing team and high-output culture. Everyone here owns something real. The Role We are growing fast and need someone to own the operational infrastructure that makes that growth possible. You will design the systems, trackers, and processes that keep our onboarding, hardware, and revenue operations running with consistency and visibility. You will work closely with our Sales, Support, and offshore teams, and report directly to the CEO. This role is based in our New York City office, five days a week. What You Will Own Build and maintain the systems and trackers that manage our end-to-end onboarding and operations process across SMB and enterprise accounts Quarterback enterprise onboarding
  • coordinating across Sales, Support, and our offshore team to ensure every launch is on track Own hardware procurement and inventory tracking for tablets and printers, including shipping coordination from our office to restaurant locations Manage internal tracking of revenue shares and subscription payments, ensuring accuracy and visibility across the business Build and maintain enterprise-specific onboarding trackers and organization-wide dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline and launch status Identify bottlenecks in our operational processes and build solutions•SOPs, automations, and workflows•before they become problems Partner with the senior support lead and offshore support team, owning the infrastructure around the process while they handle execution What We Are Looking For 2+ years in operations, business operations, or a similar role Experience building systems and processes from scratch Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously Strong with tools•spreadsheets, trackers, CRMs, dashboards Experience in a startup or early-stage company Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable coordinating across internal teams and external partners Restaurant or food tech experience is a plus, not required
