Job Description

Overview We are seeking friendly, member-focused, and dependable individuals to join our outside operations team as Bag Room Attendants and Cart Attendants. Reporting directly to the Director of Outside Operations and working alongside the golf professional staff, these roles are essential to delivering seamless daily golf operations and an outstanding experience for every member and guest who walks through our doors. Experience Required No prior golf club experience is required — we will train the right candidates. A genuine passion for service, a positive attitude, and reliability are the most important qualities we look for. Some knowledge of golf and golf etiquette is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with members, guests, and fellow staff are essential. Must be comfortable working outdoors and available for early morning and weekend shifts during the golf season. Essential Responsibilities Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and departure Receive, store, organize, and retrieve member golf bags and equipment Prepare, stage, and return golf carts for daily play and events Keep carts clean, charged, and in proper working condition Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bag room at all times Assist members with loading and unloading bags from carts and vehicles Deliver the highest level of personalized service to members and guests Develop knowledge of member preferences and proactively anticipate their needs Communicate equipment issues or member concerns to the Director of Outside Operations Approachable, friendly, and open personality Ability to work as a team and share the same mission statement Benefits Seasonal Position (April - November) 5
Day Work Week:
40- 45 Hours Per week (Increase During Major Events) Daily cash gratuity + weekly outing gratuity Play and practice privileges
