Role:

Join Great White Mechanical, LLC as an HVAC Office Operations Associate and play a vital role in our dynamic team! In this position, you will streamline our operations and ensure compliance with local regulations, making a tangible impact in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist in answering customer phone calls, scheduling and dispatching technicians for service calls and installations. Provide administrative support to the operations team and management as needed. Respond to customer inquiries regarding installations, service, maintenances, warranties, etc. Assist the Installation Department and Service Department with daily operations. Communicate with local municipalities to ensure adherence to building codes and regulations regarding HVAC Installations. Contribute to improving operational processes and workflows.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or HVAC preferred. 5+ years of experience in office operations in the HVAC industry. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Service Titan. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of local building codes and permit processes is a plus. Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
