Job Overview We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented Primavera Schedulers CPM, Cost Estimators, and Resident Engineers to join our innovative construction management team. In this pivotal role, you will drive project success by developing precise schedules, managing costs effectively, and overseeing on-site engineering activities. Your expertise will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other scheduling software to ensure timely project delivery. Collaborate with project teams to integrate scope, resources, and timelines into comprehensive project plans. Prepare accurate cost estimates by utilizing construction estimating techniques and software such as HeavyBid and Prolog. Manage project budgets through diligent cost management practices, tracking expenditures against estimates to prevent overruns. Oversee on-site activities as Resident Engineer, ensuring adherence to construction plans, safety protocols, and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution. Analyze schedule data and project metrics using Excel data analysis skills to identify potential delays or cost issues early on. Maintain thorough documentation of project progress, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and daily reports using construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam. Support project management efforts by providing regular updates on schedule status, resource allocation, and cost performance. Requirements Proven experience in construction scheduling with expertise in Primavera P6 (Primavera CPM) and other scheduling tools. Strong background in civil engineering project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Prolog, HeavyBid, and related platforms. Demonstrated ability in construction estimating and cost management processes with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of construction plans, drawings, and technical specifications. Excellent analysis skills for schedule optimization and risk mitigation; proficient in Excel data analysis. Project management experience within the construction industry is essential; familiarity with civil engineering projects is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities through effective time management. Strong communication skills for coordinating teams, stakeholders, and clients effectively. Knowledge of construction industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices.
