12-Month Contract (Potential for Extension) Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to support administrative, personnel, training, and safety-related processes at a manufacturing facility. This role serves as a key site resource responsible for maintaining employee records, managing timekeeping activities, supporting training administration, coordinating documentation updates, and generating business reports. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience working with business systems and data. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain employee timekeeping records and related administrative processes. Create, update, and maintain employee profiles and records within company systems, including Career Connect and other internal applications. Support personnel administration activities and employee data management. Maintain training system profiles and ensure employee training records remain current and accurate. Update and manage Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and other safety-related documentation. Generate reports and perform data entry, analysis, and system updates utilizing SAP and other business systems. Maintain accurate business records, reports, and documentation. Assist with onboarding, employee record changes, and system maintenance activities. Coordinate and track documentation updates to support compliance and operational requirements. Provide administrative support to site leadership and operational teams. Perform additional business support duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and reporting functions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP or other enterprise business systems. Experience supporting personnel administration, training records, or business operations. Manufacturing or industrial environment experience is a plus but not required. Work Environment Primarily office-based role within a manufacturing facility. Occasional visits to the production floor may be required. Steel-toe, oil-resistant footwear required when entering manufacturing areas. Standard PPE will be provided as needed.
