Job Description

Required Education-GED/High School Education
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent-College degree or currently pursuing is a plusRequired Skills-Effective, strong, and service-focused communication skills, both verbal and written-Outlook
  • must be able to manage multiple calendars for scheduling of appointments-Excel
  • data entry-Must have strong experience, 2-4 years Customer Service experienceJob Summary-Main role: point of contact between Chubb and the client throughout the home assessment scheduling process-Supports Risk Consultants in meeting monthly/yearly production and timeliness goals-Builds relationships to create strong partnerships with internal and external business partners-Manages home assessment scheduling process in an assigned territory-Acts as subject matter expert on geography of assigned territory-Ensures appointments are scheduled logically and efficiently-Provides exemplary customer service during the scheduling process-Acting as point of contact between Chubb and the client throughout the home assessment scheduling process-Making a high volume of outbound contacts (calls/emails) to secure appointments-Maintaining an appointment-setting process that accommodates needs of clients and business partners-Following through with all tasks effectively and efficiently using company and department resources-Consistently completing tasks with increased focus on details to improve scheduling experience-Proactively and clearly communicating needs and concerns-Collaboratively responding to inquiries within 24 hours of receipt-Providing trends, availability issues, and scheduling concerns to leadership monthly-Communicating clearly and professionally with all internal and external business partners (emails, phone calls, MS Teams chat)•Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
